Michael Ricker is a Technical Support Manager at Von Roll for North America, working on insulation systems for a wide variety of markets.  I am a Chemical Engineer by trade with lots of experience in R&D development and production.   I work closely with customers and our sales team to develop products and processes to fit their needs whether it's potting compounds, TIM, impregnation resins, or flexible laminates.
